We had to design a castle for Dieter Meier, a swiss musician, in Ancalucia.
My castle is composed of different towers, which are sitting around a classical patio, which is under the earth. In every single tower there is a fix use, like the dining room, sleeping room etc. The space between the towers, the patio, is on both levels free separable. I was inspired by the classical castles, which have always a single tower. But my castle should have only towers to make on one hand a sculptural building in this wide idyllic landscape and on the other hand i like to have this very high, sublimed rooms. The towers and the patio have very big concrete walls to have a pleasant climate. In contrast, there are a lot of textiles, like the carpets and the curtains.
